Celestial C2C Blanket - FREE GRAPH

When I was a kid, I loved the stars. I had a telescope and was fascinated by the expanse above us. I loved stars and the constellations. I loved the stories that history passed down to us with zodiacs and the constellations. I loved that navigation was possible using the stars as a compass. I designed this blanket for all those who love celestial beings, the sun, moon and stars! I was able to incorporate the Sun, Moon, and Stars in this design. I loved that I was able to include the phases of the moon. I think it made it look beautiful! I hope you enjoy this design!

Along with this design, I came up with a few different color combinations that can be used with this same pattern. Check them out! Which one is your favorite? This first one is a two-toned color scheme with neutral colors and a darker border. You could remove the border or make it the same color as the sun, moon, and stars.

This third color scheme is more fitting with the actual appearance of the sun, moon, and stars. The sun is a glorious golden color, with the moon being a shade of grey, and the stars a faint yellow. This design also keeps a border but that is easily removed if you wish!

Materials needed to complete the blanket:
Gauge:
Gauge not essential, C2C Crochet a triangle 8 blocks high. If your triangle measures 5.5” tall, your project will end up being 42”x 60”. If your triangle measures 6.5” tall, your project will end up being 51”x 73”.
